We are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality, compliant and customer-focused payroll function. This is a highly professional organisation that is currently going through a period of transformation.
THE ROLE
This is a key leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of fortnightly payroll services, ensuring payroll is accurate, timely and compliant with all relevant legislation, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and internal policies. The role will lead a small team and work closely with the broader People & Culture function and key business stakeholders to drive operational excellence, strengthen governance and identify opportunities to simplify, automate and continuously improve payroll processes.
THE CRITERIA
You will be an experienced Payroll Manager with a strong understanding of complex payroll environments and the ability to balance operational delivery with compliance, risk and continuous improvement. You must have experience using Dayforce or Workday to be considered for this role. An immediate start would be ideal for this role.
