Skills & Experience required
- Manage the delivery of change programs and projects by applying strong project management principles and best-practice methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end change management activities including strategy, communications, impact assessments, readiness, training needs, and deployment planning to support informed decision‐making.
- Manage the consistent application of the organisation's change framework and standards across all programs, ensuring effective engagement, quality delivery, and the development of change capability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, understanding their challenges, goals, and customer needs to ensure change initiatives are effectively integrated.
- Proactively identify and advise on potential project risks or issues, delivering actionable recommendations to minimise impacts on staff and business operations.
- Design and deliver change management and communication plans, including training, orientation, and transition activities to support a smooth shift to the future state.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder and customer relationships through clear, consistent, and proactive communication.
