  • Coordinating ad hoc business requests and errands
  • Providing general office services and facilities support
  • Assisting colleagues across the business during peak periods and urgent requests

About You

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in Office Services, Facilities, Workplace Services, Corporate Services or a similar support role
  • Experience within a professional services environment will be highly regarded
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to assess priorities, manage changing demands and meet deadlines
  • Strong judgement and the ability to understand what can realistically be achieved within required timeframes
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to use initiative
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and demeanour, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to help wherever needed
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence and a strong driving record
  • Confidence driving throughout Melbourne, including airport transfers

What's In It For You?

  • Join a respected and established professional services organisation
  • Genuine variety where no two days are the same
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders across the business
  • A role offering autonomy, trust and responsibility
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture
  • Long-term career opportunity within a stable and well-regarded organisation
