People First Bank is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Brisbane to grow our regional footprint across Brisbane, Toowoomba and the Gold Coast. You will build and nurture partnerships with referral partners, local businesses and community groups to generate new opportunities and raise brand awareness.
You will work with Branch Managers, Home Lenders and leadership teams to support regional growth, coach staff, and drive customer acquisition while maintaining a high standard of service.
