I'm currently recruiting for Content Designers / Content Writers to support major digital content initiatives for a Federal Government client.
Location: Australia
Contract: Long-term contract with extension options available
Security Clearance: Baseline Clearance preferred
We're seeking experienced content professionals with expertise in:
- Content Design and UX Writing
- Web Content and Digital Communications
- User-Centred Content Development
- Content Strategy and Information Architecture
- Government Style Guides and Accessibility Standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, write, edit, and maintain content that meets user needs
- Professional experience producing content for websites and digital channels
- Strong content design, UX writing, and communication writing capabilities
- Experience writing, editing, structuring, and maintaining complex content
- Strong stakeholder management and consultation skills
- Experience applying WCAG 2.1, Digital Service Standards, and Australian Government Style Manual
- Experience providing content advice to senior executives and management
- Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary delivery teams
Highly Desirable:
- Workforce Australia, employment services, or government digital service experience
- HTML knowledge
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- GatherContent or similar content management tools
- Content strategy, information architecture, and search optimisation experience
- Experience with authenticated and public-facing digital services
