We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and motivatedautomotive service advisor and tyre sales person. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, planning out jobs with technicians, ordering parts, quoting repairs, calling customers etc.

Responsibilities
Answering and making phone calls and email enquiries to customers and suppliers
Planning the correct number of jobs for technicians each day
Creating invoices in POS system
Working with other staff to make sure jobs are being finished on time and calling customers once they are
Requirements
A passion for and knowledge in the Automotive industry
Pride in delivering exceptional customer service
Knowledge of mechanical servicing and repairs
Own transport to work
Great organisational skills
Honest and enthusiastic nature to fulfil customer requirements
