Your Role
As the Sales Manager, you will:
- Inspire and develop your team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Drive sales performance while ensuring adherence to factory KPIs.
- Manage the sales process, customer follow-up, and lead management effectively.
- Foster excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships.
- Oversee vehicle inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate a positive, results-driven team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive sales management with a track record of success.
- Strong leadership abilities to coach and motivate your team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- A solid understanding of dealership sales processes and KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills, especially in stock management.
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and delivering outstanding results.
- Previous Kia experience is a plus.
