Casual Occupational Therapist located in Frankston.
Join our Hand Therapy Service as a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist and work within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team providing person-centred care for individuals experiencing hand trauma, acute injuries and degenerative upper limb conditions. In this specialised role, you will deliver comprehensive assessments and hand therapy interventions across outpatient and inpatient settings, while collaborating with patients, colleagues and the broader healthcare team. You will also support the development of Grade 1 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants, contributing to a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and service excellence.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor or tertiary equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
- Ability to supervise other staff to promote professional competence as required
- Demonstrated competency in all aspects of splinting and wound care
- Eligibility for membership to Occupational Therapy Australia / Australian Physiotherapy Association or Australian Hand Therapy Association
