This is a pivotal role focused on the facilitation of Men's Behaviour Change Programs (MBCP) delivered in accordance with Family Safety Victoria and No to Violence Minimum Standards. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, including through the appropriate use of the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme and Child Information Sharing Scheme, to support ongoing risk assessment and safety planning.
This role requires strong reflective practice, emotional intelligence and the capacity to engage in courageous conversations while maintaining accountability. You will be supported through regular debriefing, supervision, professional development and participation in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to a high‐quality, ethical and responsive family violence service.

- Hold a current 'Working with Children check'.
- Hold a current, valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
- Willingness to undergo a National criminal history check.
