Peninsula Health is seeking a Team Manager for the Integrated Youth Assertive Treatment Team (IYAT) in Frankston, Victoria. This permanent full-time role (0.84 EFT negotiable) leads a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive, community-based care to young people aged 12–25 with complex mental health needs.
You will provide clinical, operational and strategic leadership in partnership with the Consultant Psychiatrist, oversee service delivery, governance, and quality improvement, and travel.
