Located on James Street, this is a place where you can begin the night with a romantic dinner and end it dancing on a table at 1am. A love child between a Soho hotel lounge, an NYC speakeasy and an LA Supperclub where the focus is never solely on the food or the drinks or the entertainment; rather, a perfect balance between all three.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and focused Assistant Venue Manager.
The Applicant Must Be:
- Previous management experience, as well as hands on bar and restaurant service experience
- Key understanding of dining fusing food, beverage, music and service
- Hands on management style
- The ability to work as a team player
- Exceptional customer service, leadership and motivational skills
- Availability to work late nights and weekends
- Administrative skills including budgeting, rostering and stock control
- Good knowledge of OLGR and industry regulations
