Teneo is seeking an Associate Director to lead day-to-day management of both corporate and personal insolvency appointments within the CPI Team in Australia. You will set strategy, supervise the engagement team and ensure statutory compliance across matters.
You will engage with directors, creditors and regulators, prepare reports, oversee lodgements with ASIC/ATO/AFSA, and drive asset realisation and commercial decisions.
