We're hiring friendly, energetic hospitality staff to join our opening team at a brand new family-focused kids cafe opening in Erina on the Central Coast. This is a chance to be part of something new, work in a fun family environment, and grow with us as we scale.
Key responsibilities
- Floor Staff / Waitstaff - welcoming guests, taking orders, running food and drinks, keeping the venue clean and presentable, and helping families have a great visit.
- Cashier / Front Counter - managing admissions, taking party bookings, processing payments, and being the first friendly face our customers see.
- Birthday Party Hosts - leading birthday parties with energy and warmth, running games and activities, coordinating with the kitchen, and making sure every child feels like the star of their day.
Cross over between roles depending on the day and the shift.
About you
- Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoy working with children and families.
- High energy - comfortable in a busy, loud, family-filled environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
- Right to work in Australia (permanent or temporary with full work rights).
- NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain before starting).
- RSA desirable (not essential - we serve limited beverages).
- Food Safety training a plus.
