Automotive Store 2IC (Suspension & Brakes) in City of Cockburn

Pedders Suspension & Brakes Cockburn are seeking an enthusiastic 2IC to join their growing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic 2IC who has a proven ability to develop business relationships, drive sales, and lead and motivate a small team. In this role you will coordinate the day-to-day technical operations of the store workshop and trade activity to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet the store targets. Some of your duties will include:

• Provide support to management and manage the store in their absence.
• Support the management of the daily workshop schedule and maintain an on-time customer delivery.
• Plan and coordinate parts supply and delivery to the workshop workflow.
• Monitor the quality of work performed in the workshop.
• Deal with customers face to face and on the phone. Booking and quoting work.
