Pearson Carter is seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to help build the Northern Territory market in civil construction, earthworks, road maintenance and wet-hire. The role focuses on meeting clients, identifying opportunities and turning relationships into ongoing work across the NT.
You will travel to meet contractors, councils, mining and infrastructure clients, develop a robust pipeline, and coordinate with operations to ensure opportunities align with equipment and people.
