Senior Software Developer (.NET / Python) 150K Brisbane
Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing national Internet Service Provider based in Brisbane. Their in-house development team builds and maintains core systems across CRM, APIs, customer portals, websites, and network integrations.
Due to continued growth, they are hiring experienced Software Developers to work across integration-heavy projects connecting nbn, wholesale carriers, internal networks, and Microsoft 365.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, direct access to users and operational teams, and the opportunity to influence both their mature .NET platform and growing Python backend.
They offer up to 150K for Senior Developers, hybrid working (3 days office / 2 WFH), and strong exposure to automation and modern AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Python APIs and .NET applications
- Develop third-party API and carrier integrations
- Automate workflows and customer service processes
- Modernise existing .NET Framework systems
- Build customer portals and self-service solutions
- Work with network, support, and operations teams
Experience
- Strong commercial Python and/or C#/.NET experience
- REST API and third-party integration experience
- Strong relational database knowledge
- Comfortable working with Linux
- Telco, networking, or ISP experience highly desirable
- Experience with AI coding tools
- Django, FastAPI, Vue, Docker, or CI/CD beneficial
Salary
- Mid-Level: 120K–125K
- Senior: Up to 150K
