- Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 4:00pm
- Saturday: 6:30am - 3:30pm (Occasional)
- 45-55hr weeks

Light Or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- $50 - $55 base rate + penalties (after 7.6hrs)
- Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 4:00pm
- Saturday: 6:30am - 3:30pm (Occasional)
- 45-55hr weeks
About the Role
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs
- Performing routine servicing including hydraulics inspections, oil changes, brake inspections, and operational testing
- Inspecting heavy vehicles for structural issues and determining required repairs
- Repairing or replacing faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components
- Working with hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment
- Completing testing to ensure machinery and systems are functioning correctly
- Maintaining records of inspections, work completed, and parts used
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental procedures
What We Are Looking For
- Trade qualified Light or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Experience working on heavy vehicles, trailers, or transport equipment
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics, braking systems, and vehicle electrical systems
- Forklift (LF) licence - advantageous
- Rigging or dogging tickets - advantageous
