As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.
• Preparing and reviewing BAS, IAS, and supporting workpapers.
• Supporting tax planning and year-end strategies, identifying opportunities and risks for clients.
• Assisting with business structuring, CGT, Division 7A, and other advisory matters.
• Liaising directly with clients, explaining accounting and tax matters clearly, and following through on queries.
• Managing workflow and deadlines across your client portfolio.
• Supporting clients with Xero and cloud accounting.
• Contributing ideas to improve our systems, processes, and client experience.

We're looking for someone with at least three years' Australian public practice experience, who has developed a solid technical foundation and is ready to take the next step. You should have strong experience preparing financial statements and tax returns across multiple entity types, a sound understanding of Australian taxation, and the confidence to communicate directly with clients.
