ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven sales superstar to join our Bakery Division based at our Brisbane depot. This role services the North/Western suburbs, Ipswich, and Darling Downs, managing an established customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities to grow revenue across the territory.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing bakery and foodservice customers
- Identify, develop, and onboard new business opportunities within the territory
- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular engagement
- Represent quality bakery products and brands with passion and product knowledge
- Plan and manage territory activity efficiently and autonomously
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Experience working in bakery or foodservice as an Account Manager
- Former baker or pastry chef highly regarded
- A strong desire to succeed in a growing, entrepreneurial business
- Commercial acumen with a results-driven, target-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work collaboratively while also managing your territory independently
- Proactive problem-solving skills, resilience, and adaptability
- Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- A valid driver's licence
- Intermediate computer and word-processing skills
