PCYC Capricorn Coast Aquatic Centre is seeking a Swim Ready Leader responsible for all operations, management and safety of Swim School families and coaching staff.
You will drive program performance, champion customer-first service, and model a respectful, inclusive culture within a supportive team.
The role requires current Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety, Infant/Aquatics certificates, lifeguard and first aid credentials, and the ability to travel as needed.
