PCA Ground Engineering is seeking a Leading Hand for our piling division on projects across Australia. You will lead on-site crews, oversee safety, quality and timing, and work closely with the Piling Supervisor to deliver complex piling works from start to finish.
This permanent, full-time role requires willingness to travel and stay away from home as needed, with tickets like DG, C6 crane, White Card and a valid licence. You’ll mentor crews and drive a culture of safety and collaboration.
