The role begins with BAU network administration, maintenance, and out-of-hours support, handling Service Now tickets, with progression to project work as you ramp up.
You will monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure across data centres and campuses, performing upgrades and troubleshooting while coordinating with Telcos and third parties to ensure reliable enterprise connectivity.
