We're seeking an experienced Applications Support Engineer to join the team supporting mission-critical systems. You'll troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contribute to continuous improvement, and participate in 24/7 support coverage.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong in Java/J2EE, with knowledge of Microsoft, Python, PowerShell
- Experience with on-prem & cloud hosting, monitoring, and capacity management
- Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and technical documentation
- Mentor junior team members and support process improvements
- On-call and shift support (including after-hours and deployment work)
