PAUSE Cosmetic Skin Clinic is seeking a Senior Beauty Therapist | Receptionist to join a premium cosmetic skin clinic built on evidence-based treatment protocols, ABIC SafeSkin™ standards, and clinical consultation frameworks. This is a dual role combining clinical treatment delivery with front-of-house client experience management.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver corrective, results-driven skin treatments
- Assist with advanced technologies including Ultraformer MPT, Tixel, Hydrafacial, Laser, BBL | IPL, EVE MUSE AI Skin Analysis and TeslaFormer
- Create structured, short and long-term treatment plans
- Educate clients using medical-grade skincare aligned with Medik8 and UniverSkin protocols
- Drive re-bookings and build genuine client loyalty
- Curate a front-of-house experience that feels calm, refined, and premium
- Manage diaries strategically and optimise bookings
- Follow up consultations and ensure seamless client experiences
About you
- Hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy (minimum)
- Have experience in advanced skin treatments
- Understand treatment conversion and retail strategy
- Can confidently educate clients on skincare
- Love structure, protocols, and clinical precision
- Are warm, articulate, and emotionally intelligent
- Take pride in presentation and professionalism
- Thrive in a high-standard, growth-focused environment
