With our continued success, we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team.
About the Role
Reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will create exceptional customer experiences while driving vehicle sales and building long-term client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and converting sales enquiries from multiple lead sources.
- Proactively generating new business opportunities within your local market.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the right Toyota vehicle and ownership solutions.
- Maintaining strong follow-up processes throughout the sales journey.
- Building lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Accurately managing customer information through dealership systems.
- Delivering vehicles and providing an exceptional handover and ownership experience.
- Representing our values and commitment to outstanding customer service.
About You
You are a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering results, and exceeding customer expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous automotive dealership sales experience with proven results.
- A strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience using automotive CRM systems such as Tune (advantageous).
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence.
