Client Services Officer – Financial Planning

Pathwise Wealth is a boutique, advice-led financial planning practice based in Toowoomba. We're looking for a Client Services Officer to join our team and support our advisers in delivering a high standard of service to our clients.
The role
You'll work closely with our advisers and support team. You'll help manage client communication, prepare for meetings, implement advice, and keep client files and workflows accurate and up to date.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients by phone and email
- Booking appointments and preparing client files for meetings
- Preparing and sending client documentation
- Implementing advice across superannuation, investments, pensions and insurance
- Processing rollovers, contributions, withdrawals and investment transactions
- Liaising with super funds, platforms, insurers and other providers
- Following up outstanding applications and client information
- Maintaining accurate client records and workflows
- Supporting compliance and ongoing client service requirements
About you
We're looking for someone who is organised and reliable, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in doing things properly.
Previous experience in financial planning, client services or adviser support will be highly regarded, particularly experience with Xplan and investment platforms.
We're also open to candidates who are new to the financial planning industry and have the right attitude, communication skills and attention to detail. We'll provide training to help the right person grow into the role.
