Pathways Residences is a premium residential aged care provider operating across four locations in Sydney. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a Permanent Part-Time (PPT) at our Cronulla Pines facility.

Registered Nurses lead PCWs, respond to wounds, falls, administer medications and in particular, will have additional and specific night shift duties.
About you:
- Passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians
- Experience in aged care required
- Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliance Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Able to manage a team of PCWs, be computer literate, and have sound verbal and written communication abilities
- Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with
A few requirements of the role :
- Relevant experience and qualification in nursing + AHPRA registration
- Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID
