The valuable work you'll do:
You'll be first point of contact for residents, families, representatives and visitors. The role coordinates personalised services that exceed expectations.
You'll be managing the following services:
- Resident enquiry, admission and settling in experience
- Dining Experience
- Housekeeping and Maintenance Requests Services
Responsibilities include managing residents' requests, coordinating admission process, attending to special/lifetime celebrations, addressing feedback and escalating when needed, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence in accordance with Pathways Residences luxury standards.
You will be leading the administration, catering, housekeeping and laundry departments in order to deliver on these services.
About you:
- Presentable, professional and articulate
- Caring, polite and friendly
- Posses relevant tertiary qualifications and experiences - areas considered relevant can include hospitality, tourism, events management, leadership, customer service, sales or related fields
- Experience in Aged Care and/or Health Administration desirable
- Previous experience in Five Star DiningKnowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation process, WHS, Infection Control, Complaints Management, Restrictive Practices and SIRS reporting requirements in Aged Care.
- Strong leadership with the ability to execute hands on tasks as well as strategic plans
