Pathfinders' Out of Home Care Program provides a safe and nurturing environment for young people who need alternative accommodation due to being unable to live with their parents or foster carers. We are currently looking for a Part Time Therapeutic Youth Worker in Tamworth to assist in the Intensive Therapeutic care of these young people.
The role involves delivering high quality therapeutic supports, working with the therapeutic team to provide care in a home-like setting that supports healing.
