Following a recent acquisition, the business is entering an exciting new chapter of growth, bringing together established industry expertise and an expanded service offering.
Were currently recruiting for four Senior Customer Service Representatives, with two positions available in Sydney and two in Melbourne.

About the role
Were looking for customer-focused Senior Customer Service Representatives who understand the importance of building strong relationships, taking ownership and ensuring shipments move seamlessly from origin to destination.
Working closely with customers, overseas agents and internal operations teams, youll play a key role in delivering a consistently high level of service while helping maintain and strengthen valuable customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing and developing strong relationships with a portfolio of customers.
- Coordinating international air and/or sea freight shipments across import and export operations.
- Providing proactive shipment updates and managing customer enquiries.
- Monitoring shipments and resolving operational issues, delays and escalations.
- Liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to relevant processes and compliance requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Working collaboratively with operations and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues and supporting a positive team environment.
About you
Youre an experienced freight forwarding professional who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships and finding solutions!
You take pride in your work, communicate confidently and understand that great customer service is about more than simply providing shipment updates.
Ideally, youll bring
- Previous experience in international freight forwarding, ideally in customer service, client services or account management.
- A sound understanding of air and/or sea freight operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing customer expectations.
- Experience using Cargo Wise or a similar freight management system.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.

- Salary
$90,000 to $120,000 + super. Offer is based on your level of experience.
