We are currently seeking a Financial Adviser to join our growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for an existing client book and contribute meaningfully to our mission.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
This is a full-time, office-based role located at our Melbourne CBD office.
Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
About the Role

You’ll be supported by a dedicated operations and client service team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality advice and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic financial advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments and aged care;
- Manage and grow a portfolio of pre-retiree and retiree clients;
- Develop tailored financial strategies aligned with individual goals and life stages;
- Stay informed on legislative and market changes to ensure compliant and relevant advice.
- Collaborate with internal support staff to ensure seamless client service.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Adviser;
- Relevant qualifications and registration on the Financial Adviser Register;
- Experience managing a client book;
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Experience with defined benefit schemes within Victoria will be highly regarded.
- Ethical, client-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Xplan experience is highly regarded but not essential.
