Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Plan menus that cater to dietary restrictions and preferences, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
- Monitor food costs and assist in budget management to ensure financial sustainability.

Qualifications
- Culinary qualification or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
