PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team on a Casual basis.
Reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager, you will provide guests with high quality service, assist guests with check-in/check-out and information services, and help create a great first and last impression of the hotel, across morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.
