Park Street General Practice has an exciting opportunity for our friendly Practice located in Geelong. We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse (RN Div 1, Div 2) with a positive attitude and commitment to high quality care.
Key responsibilities:
- Support doctors with day-to-day clinical needs of the practice
- Provide direct care to patients
- Assist doctors with Chronic Disease Management Plans, Health Assessments
- Administering Immunisations
- Assisting with procedures
- Stock monitoring and ordering
- Managing Patient Recalls, MyMedicare registrations, eHealth and patient record maintenance
- Other general nursing duties
About you:
We are looking for someone who is clinically capable, organised, approachable and comfortable working in a busy medical practice.
You will have:
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- A minimum of 1 year experience in General Practice setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
