What makes our Animal Care Attendants amazing:

They ensure our furry guests have the absolute best stay possible, from playtime and enrichment to feeding, medication, lots of record keeping and plenty of cuddles.
They bring the fun, the care, and the calm our guests deserve while their humans are away.

They truly love animals, they bring the energy, they are kind, and they are the best.

The ability to stay calm under pressure. You don’t crumble when things get busy or overwhelming; you prioritise, problem-solve, and keep your cool.

Quick thinking and adaptability. Every day brings something new, and you’re ready to handle it all.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative. You’re the kind of person who just gets it done.

Excellent organisation and communication skills.

A hunger for learning and a willingness to master our front desk reception and customer service.
