Mandatory Requirements
- Australian citizenship
- AGSVA Security Clearance
- Ability to work onsite at secure facilities in the ACT
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within the Australian Government and/or Department of Defence environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) and governance frameworks.
- Strong ability to manage large-scale, high-risk, or multi-disciplinary projects effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills, including engagement with senior ADF, APS and Industry executives.
- Highly developed analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AIPM accreditation) or equivalent experience.
