About the Opportunity
As a Café Attendant, you'll prepare and serve quality coffee,food and desserts while delivering exceptional service to ourmembers and guests. With your energy and welcoming approach, you'llhelp create memorable experiences in a busy café environment.
- Deliver friendly and attentive service to members andguests
- Prepare and serve barista-made coffee, other beverages anddesserts
- Carry out basic food preparation, including sandwich toastingand plating
- Process payments and perform cash-handling duties
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including clearingtables and collecting glassware and plates and
- Complete general cleaning duties as required.
About you
- Have a minimum of one year's experience in the same or asimilar role
- Ideally hold a barista qualification and/or have experiencepreparing quality coffee in a high-volume environment
- Bring an energetic and enthusiastic approach, with a provenability to deliver exceptional customer service;
- Hold current RSA and RCG certificates
- Have excellent communication skillsMaintain a high standard of personal presentation
- Bring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills andthe ability to work well within a team
- Be available to work a variety of shifts across our operationalhours, including nights and weekends and public holidays
