Panthers Port Macquarie is hiring a part‑time People & Culture Advisor (23–30 hours/week) with travel to Penrith (NSW 2750) every 6–8 weeks. You’ll advise leaders on ER matters, support recruitment, and help develop the employee experience across the employment journey.
You’ll partner with the General Manager and Group P&C team, delivering practical HR guidance, policies and programs while maintaining accurate records and supporting safety and wellbeing initiatives.
