Pane e Pizzico, a Melbourne-based artisan bakery, is seeking an experienced Baker to join the production team. You will prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads, maintaining quality, consistency and food safety.
Key duties include kneading, shaping, fermenting and baking sourdough and specialty breads, while ensuring daily production targets are met. The role requires overnight hours (10:00 PM – 5:00 AM) and weekend availability.
