Pelican Waters Golf Club, Cardon Restaurant, seeks an enthusiastic and experienced Chef to support our kitchen across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will maintain quality and consistency and ensure health and safety standards are met.
This full-time role covers a rotating roster from 6:00am to 5:00pm, with dinner service until 9:30pm on Fridays and potentially Saturdays.
