About the role
Based at our Hazelmere facility on a Monday to Friday roster supporting the Thiess Asset Operations.
In this role, you will:
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Maintain registers and records of hired and owned assets.
- Creating, processing and reconciliation of Purchase Orders and Invoices.
- Processing expense claims
- Assist with day to day functions of the workshop
About you
- Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Good organisation skills, able to prioritize tasks, keep a track of deadlines
- Resilience - able to handle busy periods of work, changing priorities and constructive feedback
