Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks a Learning Diversity Coordinator for Year 10–12. This 3‐year Leadership position is combined with an ongoing teaching appointment and leads a team of learning support staff to plan and coordinate additional support for students with diverse learning needs.
The role engages with teachers, leaders, and families to deliver inclusive education, align with MTSS and Disability Standards for Education, and monitor progress toward optimal educational outcomes.
