Bring the digital experience behind some of Australia’s favourite coffee brands to life. Across our Group, we roast, supply and support some of Australia’s favourite cafés, businesses and coffee drinkers.

We’re looking for a Digital & eCommerce Specialist to help bring our brands, campaigns and customer experiences to life across our digital channels. Reporting to our Head of Growth, you’ll work closely with our Head of eCommerce and be part of an established Marketing and eCommerce team, alongside dedicated Content and Design specialists and our digital agency partners. You’ll be the hands‑on digital specialist helping turn campaign and trading plans into great customer experiences across email, Shopify and our websites. This is a great role for someone who loves bringing digital activity to life, from CRM campaigns and Shopify launches to landing pages, A/B testing and customer experience improvements. And with three very different brands, there’s plenty of variety. One day you might be launching a new coffee, the next building a CRM campaign or testing a better customer journey.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building, testing and deploying email and CRM activity using Klaviyo across our consumer brands and Mailchimp for our B2B brand, including campaigns, segmentation and lifecycle journeys.
  • Executing Shopify trading activity across product launches, promotions, onsite merchandising and campaigns.
  • Building campaign landing pages and implementing website updates, including content, imagery, banners, navigation and promotional activity.
  • Writing and adapting customer‑facing digital copy across email, web and eCommerce, ensuring it is accurate, engaging and consistent with each brand.
  • Supporting CRO, A/B testing, SEO and customer journey improvements, implementing agreed tests and optimisation activity and applying learnings to improve performance.
  • Supporting digital campaign delivery, including tracking and digital requirements, and working with our agency across paid media platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
  • Coordinating and QAing digital activity with our Marketing, Content and Design teams, agency and development partners, using GA4 and platform reporting to monitor performance, identify issues and keep activity moving.

What you’ll bring

  • Around 2 to 4 years’ hands‑on experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, CRM or a similar role, with experience using Shopify and building and deploying EDMs and CRM campaigns, ideally in Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp.
  • Strong digital copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt content across different brands, channels and audiences.
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and digital advertising platforms such as Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, enabling you to support campaign execution, tracking and agency activity.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong eye for customer experience, content, offers, formatting and brand consistency.
  • Strong organisation and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to work autonomously within an agreed brief, identify opportunities for improvement and raise issues early.
  • Have worked in FMCG, food & beverage, hospitality or retail.
  • Understand SEO fundamentals and content optimisation.
  • Have experience with project management or content scheduling tools such as Notion, Asana or Later.
  • Can confidently adapt existing digital creative and work within brand templates using Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Have used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Canva AI to support content drafting and improve production efficiency.

Why you’ll love it here

  • Your work actually goes live. You’ll be hands‑on building, deploying, testing and improving the digital experiences our customers interact with every day.
  • You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have experienced eCommerce leadership around you, alongside Marketing, Content and Design specialists and digital agency and development partners.
  • Plenty of opportunity to grow. You’ll build your capability across eCommerce, CRM and lifecycle marketing, CRO, testing, analytics and digital campaigns.
  • Room to make things better. We value people who care about the details, spot opportunities and look for smarter ways to get things done.
  • And yes, really good coffee is part of the deal.

Where you’ll work

The role can be based with Seven Miles Coffee Roasters in Manly Vale, NSW, or Padre Coffee in Brunswick East, VIC. We support flexible working, with the opportunity to work from home alongside regular time with the team in Manly Vale or Brunswick East.
