Paddy Pallin is seeking a passionate Buyer to shape the outdoor gear and apparel range across Australia. This full-time role offers flexible working arrangements—work remotely from anywhere in Australia, or adopt a hybrid arrangement from our Lidcombe (Sydney) or Melbourne CBD offices.
You’ll guide seasonal assortment planning, product selection and supplier relationships across hiking, trekking, travel, trail running and climbing categories, while analyzing performance and market trends.
