Our Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a Dental Assistant to join our Salamander Bay centre on a casual basis in a role that offers variety backed by a supportive team environment. Our modern 4-chair practice delivers general dentistry, dental implants and surgical extractions, and you’ll be joining a team that knows how to strike a great balance, blending dedication with a laugh, all while delivering exceptional patient care.
- Minimum of 2 weekdays’ availability required
- Available for weekend work on a rotational basis (higher hourly rates apply!)
- Located in Salamander Bay Square, near Woolworths, with free parking available at the shopping centre car park and easy access from all entrances

Your Skills and Attributes
Above all, you’re friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:
- Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and/or reception is preferred
- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
Please Note: To work in Dental in QLD, you are required to hold a Blue Card for paid employment (at no cost to you). You can discuss this further with us during an interview if you have any concerns.
