Lead Something New from Day One
This is a rare opportunity to step into a Centre Leader role for a brand-new Pacific Smiles centre opening in Indooroopilly. Starting in May, you'll work closely with an experienced State Manager to prepare the centre for launch – from building team capability to embedding systems and setting the tone for a high‑performing, patient‑focused environment ahead of the late June opening. This is your chance to build a team, shape a culture, and lead a centre from the ground up.
Your Opportunity
As Centre Leader, you'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations, team leadership and patient experience – ensuring the centre runs smoothly and successfully from day one. You'll be supported with structured onboarding and training prior to opening, giving you the tools and confidence to lead effectively.

About You
- Experience in dental, healthcare or a similar clinical environment (dental highly regarded)
- Proven leadership experience in a multi‑disciplinary or service‑based team
- Strong organisational and operational management skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
- A proactive, hands‑on leadership style
