Pacific National is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor – Locomotive Maintenance based at our Nebo facility to lead the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance activities on a 7 on 7 off roster.
You will supervise Service Technicians, ensuring work is completed to standard and aligned with fleet availability and reliability targets, while acting as the key liaison for operations, engineering and planning during your shift.
