Pacific National is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor – Locomotive Maintenance based at the Nebo locomotive maintenance facility to lead the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance activities across a 7 on 7 off roster.
You will supervise Service Technicians, ensure work quality and safety, and coordinate with operations, engineering and planning to keep fleet availability on target. This role suits someone ready to step up to frontline management in a safety‐critical environment.
