About Your New Role
As an experienced Supervisor, you will join Pacific National's Queensland Coal team, based in Coppabella. You will lead frontline train crews and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable service delivery while fostering a positive team culture.

What You Will Do
Prioritise safety in every moment, safely every day
- Lead and promote safety initiatives and compliance across operations
- Manage train crew performance, rostering and operational requirements
- Coach, mentor and develop team members, including onboarding new drivers
- Support incident management and workplace issue resolution
- Collaborate with planning and service delivery teams to achieve operational outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Full Australian working rights
- Leadership experience within transport, logistics, mining, rail or heavy industry
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership
- Experience managing employee relations and workplace matters
- Ability to work flexibly to support operational requirements
- Rail industry experience is desirable but not essential
