This is a fast paced and rewarding role where you'll become a key point of contact between our customers, managing orders from quotation through to production and despatch.
Key responsibilities
- Processing customer orders
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted point of contact
- Liaising with customers regarding artwork, production timelines, deliveries and order requirements
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
About you
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience in the print/label industry would be highly regarded
